Danielle is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who holds licenses in California and Arizona. Danielle is passionate about partnering with couples to address challenges in their relationship. Her experience includes working with couples who are stuck in conflict, or struggling with major transitions. They may also be having challenges with physical intimacy, and recovering from infidelity. Danielle also works with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety and grief. She is trained to work with trauma histories and relationship issues.
Danielle has a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. She comes with years of experience helping couples and individuals be their best selves.
Danielle approaches counseling through a Psychodynamic lens. She is EMDR trained. She utilizes this method to assist individuals in processing distressing experiences. These may have resulted in disruptive symptoms. In her work with couples, Danielle integrates techniques from her training in Emotionally Focused Couples therapy. She is also trained in the Gottman Couples Method. She also does premarital counseling and is a Certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator. She offers an assessment to engaged couples or those looking to take the next step in their relationship. She helps couples to facilitate communication with one another on important topics for marriage.
Danielle is passionate about creating a space that feels safe and allows people to fully be themselves. She is committed to understanding the issue from the client’s perspective. She joins the client in their journey to resolution.
Outside of therapy, Danielle loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys a day by the lake, doing anything creative and enjoying the “foodie” culture.

Sofia Softas-Nall is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). Sofia specializes in treating anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, pain, LGBTQIA+ issues, trauma, and PTSD. Sofia has experience counseling adults, children (over 9), teens, groups, families and couples.
Sofia understands and is skilled in the counseling for gender identity and the related questions.
Sofia has training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR-II) trauma therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, and Mindfulness. She believes that when we heal from traumatic experiences we can then make space for empowerment, self-compassion, connection, and a more rewarding life.
Sofia has experience working in a wide range of settings including hospitals and medical clinics, integrated care, community mental health, university psychological services clinic, cancer rehabilitation institute, disability support services and teaching university students in psychology.
She holds two master’s degrees: A Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado, and a Master of Science in Psychological Science from University College Dublin, Ireland. Sofia did her clinical internship at Banner Health North Colorado Family Medicine Residency Program.
Sofia aims to create a non-judgmental space for clients to open up as their authentic selves over time. She assists clients in developing their coping skills, social support networks, and rewriting thoughts and beliefs that are no longer serving them. Sofia has ancestry from Greece and the United States which makes her passionate about multicultural counseling and diversity.
Outside of work, Sofia loves to travel, write music, sing, play guitar, hike, and spend time in nature. Sofia is a former college basketball player and enjoys sports and physical activity. She values time with her family and her dog, Hiccup.
Sofia is a collaborating therapist and independent contractor who provides services for Inspire Counseling and Wellness Center. Sofia occasionally consults on cases and provides services for Pathways Counseling Services, our sister company, as well.
